The goal of Friends of Winnebago County Dog Parks, Inc. (FWCDP) is to serve the community’s need for public areas where responsible pet owners may safely exercise their socialized canine friends off-leash and in accordance with applicable laws and ordinances. This includes lending support to the maintenance and improvement of Best Friends Dog Park in Oshkosh, as well as the establishment of additional off-leash parks in Winnebago County, Wisconsin.
